I have zeroed out almost all the smoke, explosions, exhaust, fire, and things like that.

I have also removed the scope shadow and tree sway.

I have now thoroughly tested it and had no issues or crashes, but PLEASE let me know if you find something amiss.

also if you happen to find a specific effect that i missed, please let me know so i can try to track it down,

though certain effects are coded into the maps and cannot be removed without corruption.

Keep in mind that this makes for a very bare game, but if you need the fps, hopefully this can help.

this DOES NOT remove the "Environment" effects, only the "Tank" and "Shell_Eff" effects, ... see below.

To install just unzip into the following folder: C:\Games\World_of_Tanks\

You are overwriting the res_mods folder.

To uninstall, you just delete the files i gave you.
